Who may order from Vision Mycology?
Customers must be at least 21 years old and legally permitted to possess the products in their destination jurisdiction.
What are restricted genetics sold for?
Restricted genetics are sold strictly for lawful microscopy, taxonomy, and research purposes. They are not sold for cultivation or consumption.
Where do you ship?
We ship domestically within the United States, excluding California, Idaho, Georgia, and Florida. Destination rules may change, and customers remain responsible for local compliance.
How quickly will my order ship?
Orders are normally processed and shipped within five to nine business days after payment is received. Holidays, severe weather, and high order volume may extend processing time.
Can I cancel an order?
Orders may be canceled within twelve hours of placement. Cancellations are not available after processing or shipping has begun.
What if my order is damaged or incorrect?
