Vision Mycology LLC is committed to providing high-quality mycology research products and genetics. Due to the sterile, biological, and perishable nature of our products, we maintain a strict but fair policy to protect product integrity and consistency. By ordering, you agree to the terms below.
1. All sales are final
All sales are final after a product leaves our facility, except when it was damaged during transit or arrived defective or compromised before use.
2. Damaged or defective products
Notify VisionMycology@gmail.com within three calendar days of confirmed delivery. Include the order number, clear photographs of the product and original packaging, and a brief description. If approved, Vision Mycology may ship a replacement or issue store credit. Late claims may be denied.
3. Contamination claims
Once a product is opened, handled, or used, we cannot verify its environment. Refunds or replacements are not offered for contamination claims involving opened or used products. A claim may be considered only when the product remains unused and documented evidence shows it arrived compromised.
4. Order cancellations
Orders may be canceled within twelve hours of placement. Cancellations are not permitted once processing or shipping has begun.
5. Incorrect or missing items
Report an incomplete or incorrect order within three business days of delivery. Include the order number, a description, and supporting photographs where applicable. Verified issues will be addressed through reshipment of the correct item or store credit.
6. Policy modifications
Vision Mycology LLC may update this Policy without prior notice. Changes take effect when posted.
