By accessing or using www.VisionMycology.com (the “Website”) or purchasing products from us, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not access the Website or use our services.

All customers must be at least twenty-one (21) years of age at the time of purchase. By placing an order, you represent and warrant that you meet this requirement.

Vision Mycology LLC reserves the right to request proof of age if an order is suspected to have been placed by a minor. Orders may be canceled at our discretion if age verification cannot be satisfactorily completed.

All products within the Psilocybe genera are sold strictly for legal microscopy and research purposes only.

By purchasing these products, you acknowledge and agree that:

• You are solely responsible for ensuring compliance with all applicable federal, state, and local laws.
   
• You will not use our products for any unlawful purpose.
   
• You assume full responsibility for any misuse of products purchased from Vision Mycology LLC.
   

Vision Mycology LLC shall not be liable for any damages, claims, legal consequences, or injuries resulting from improper or illegal use, including but not limited to unlawful cultivation.

Words with capitalized initial letters have meanings defined under this section. These definitions apply whether the terms appear in singular or plural form.

For the purposes of these Terms:

• Affiliate means any entity that controls, is controlled by, or is under common control with a party, where control means ownership of 50% or more of voting interests.
   
• Company refers to Vision Mycology LLC.
   
• Country refers to the United States of America.
   
• Device means any device capable of accessing the Service, including a computer, smartphone, or tablet.
   
• Service refers to the Website and all products and services provided by Vision Mycology LLC.
   
• Terms refer to these Terms and Conditions, which constitute the entire agreement between You and the Company regarding use of the Service.
   
• Third-Party Services refer to services, content, or products provided by entities other than Vision Mycology LLC that may be linked to or accessible through the Website.

In no event shall Vision Mycology LLC’s total liability exceed:

• The amount you paid for the product or service in question; or
   
• One hundred dollars ($100 USD), if no purchase was made.
   

Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations of liability, so portions of this section may not apply to you.

The Service and all products are provided on an “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE” basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied.

Vision Mycology LLC disclaims all warranties, including but not limited to:

• Merchantability
   
• Fitness for a particular purpose
   
• Non-infringement
   
• Uninterrupted or error-free service
   

We do not guarantee that the Website will be free from viruses, technical issues, or harmful components.

Where certain exclusions are not permitted by law, disclaimers shall apply to the maximum extent permitted.

These Terms shall be governed and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the United States and the State of Colorado, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

Both parties agree to make a good-faith effort to resolve disputes prior to pursuing formal legal action.

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.

Failure to enforce any provision of these Terms shall not constitute a waiver of that provision or any other rights under these Terms.

Vision Mycology LLC reserves the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time at its sole discretion.

Material changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Continued use of the Service following any changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

Vision Mycology LLC (“Vision Mycology,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) is committed to providing high-quality mycology research products and genetics. Due to the sterile, biological, and perishable nature of our products, we maintain a strict but fair Return and Refund Policy to protect product integrity and ensure consistency for all customers.

By placing an order with Vision Mycology, you agree to the terms outlined below.

Because our products are sensitive biological materials produced in sterile laboratory conditions, all sales are final.

We do not accept returns once a product has left our facility, except in cases where:

• The product was damaged during transit; or
   
• The product arrived defective or compromised prior to use.
   

If your order arrives damaged or defective, you must notify us within three (3) calendar days of confirmed delivery.

To submit a claim, please email VisionMycology@gmail.com with the following:

• Your order number
   
• Clear photographs of the product and original packaging
   
• A brief written description of the issue
   

All claims will be reviewed upon receipt. If approved, Vision Mycology will, at its sole discretion:

• Ship a replacement product at no additional cost, or
   
• Issue store credit for the purchase amount
   

Failure to report damage within the required timeframe may result in denial of the claim.

Vision Mycology takes extensive precautions to ensure all products are prepared under sterile laboratory conditions. However, once a product has been opened, handled, or used, we cannot verify the environmental conditions in which it was maintained.

Accordingly:

• We do not offer refunds or replacements for contamination claims involving products that have been opened or used.
   
• Contamination claims may be considered only if the product remains unused and there is clear, documented evidence that it arrived compromised.
   

All contamination claims are subject to review and approval at our sole discretion.

Orders may be canceled within twelve (12) hours of placement.

Once order processing has begun or the order has shipped, cancellations are not permitted. If your order has already shipped, it will fall under the terms of the “All Sales Are Final” provision above.

If your order is incomplete or contains incorrect items, you must notify us within three (3) business days of delivery.

Please provide:

• Your order number
   
• A description of the discrepancy
   
• Supporting photos if applicable
   

Upon verification, we will promptly resolve the matter through reshipment of the correct item or issuance of store credit.

Vision Mycology LLC reserves the right to update, modify, or revise this Return & Refund Policy at any time without prior notice. Any changes will be posted on our website and will take effect immediately upon publication.
