All products in the Psilocybe genera are strictly intended for microscopy and research purposes only. By ordering through our website, you acknowledge that any misuse of these products, including any resulting damages, is your responsibility as the buyer. This includes but is not limited to personal injury and any illegal cultivation of Psilocybe mushrooms. You, as the customer, agree to comply with all federal, state, and local laws regarding the purchase and use of these products.

At Vision Mycology, we are committed to providing top-tier mycology research products and genetics. Due to the sensitive and perishable nature of our products, we maintain a strict but fair return and refund policy to ensure product integrity and customer satisfaction.
Due to the biological and sterile nature of our products, all sales are final. We do not accept returns once a product has left our facility, with the exception of items damaged in transit or products that arrive defective.
If you receive a product that is damaged or compromised during shipping, please contact us within 3 days of delivery. Include:

Vision Mycology takes every precaution to ensure our products are sterile and produced in clean lab conditions. However, once a product is used or opened, we cannot verify the conditions under which contamination may have occurred. As a result:
If you need to cancel an order, you must do so within 12 hours of placing it. Once processing or shipping has begun, cancellations are not possible.
